Susanne has worked as director of communication departments in a number of large enterprises for more than 18 years - e.g. OK amba, Per Aarsleff A/S, Pharmacia A/S and Keops A/S.

Throughout her professional life, she has continuously upgraded her skills, in particular within the fields of journalism, management and lately she has completed the education as certified Executive Coach from The Coaching Company.

CFO Karl Erik Grønbech

Initially trained in sales, Karl Erik has a long experience in retailing business and in management of private companies, including strategising, operations and human resource management, importing and exporting as well as business-to-business cooperation and distribution in the Nordic countries.

Additionally, Karl Erik has an IT education and has been system administrator in several private enterprises and public institutions. Moreover he has worked as external lecturer at Niels Brock Business School, musician and composer.
