A weak market control and careless handling of unapproved Bitumen flat roof materials, was a major concern among construction operators who demand more control.
The association for producers and importers of Bitumen flat roof materials, TOR, wished to bring into debate the inefficient national market control and to launch a new certification, TOR-approved.
TOR-approved was a new voluntary control and certification aiming at securing quality, fire safety and sustainability of Bitumen flat roof materials, used in Denmark.
Grønbech assisted TOR with strategic advice, preparing press materials and conducting the PR-activity to ensure that the lack of control and the new TOR-approved certification was receiving broadly, with publicity and attention.
