How do SMEs use customer surveys?
Along with Enigma Insight we are conducting a survey on how small and medium size enterprises are using customer surveys.
We hope that many business owners and managers, responsible for development, marketing and customer relations, want to spend a few minutes answering the questions in the survey. All responses are anonymous.
The analysis examines how SMEs are using customer surveys – to what extent and with what benefits and challenges.
The analysis is carried out from November 2nd 2016 to February 2nd 2017. As appreciation of participation all responders will receive a report with the conclusions of the survey a few weeks after closing date.
You will also be able to find the main conclusions at Enigma Insight and here on Grønbech’s website, when the report is ready.
