Leif Elken HR Grønbech PR and HR

Now Grønbech also offers HR services

Since 2007, Grønbech PR and HR has helped a wide range of specialist companies and SMEs attract customers and employees through communication, storytelling and employer branding. Now a wide range of HR services are being added to our competences.

Grønbech has entered a collaboration with HR specialist Leif Elken, so now we can also offer flexible and effective HR solutions to specialist companies and SMEs – either as project work or in continuous agreements that are adapted to the needs of each company.

“There is a shortage of labor in many industries, and it is no longer enough to work with employer branding and recruiting new employees. You also must work on retaining and motivating the existing team,” says director Susanne Grønbech and adds:

“That is why it is a great addition to Grønbech to now have Leif Elken on our team. He has a long and broad experience in supporting the well-being of employees, their motivation and retention – but also in achieving good solutions in tough situations. For example, in the case of sick leave and disciplinary cases.”

Extensive experience in HR

After a long career in corporate HR and HR law at TDC and most recently at NCC, Leif Elken has chosen to become an independent consultant at Grønbech. Therefore, owner-managers and directors can now draw on his broad and extensive experience with white-collar and hourly wage terms and rules, management guidance, personnel policies, sick leave follow-up and much more. For example:

  • HR support for managers and employees
  • Advice on the rules for tax-free travel and transport allowances
  • Guidance on personnel matters – e.g. sick leave and disciplinary matters
  • Facilitation of difficult conversations
  • Advice on termination of employees and severance talks
  • Facilitation of negotiation tasks, including salary negotiations and conclusion of local agreements
  • Assistance in establishing and updating personnel policies
  • Establishment and updating of personnel handbooks
  • Advice on general employee benefits for all employee groups

“In my career, I have contributed with constructive solutions to many managers in large organizations by solving many of the tasks related to personnel management that professionally skilled and result-oriented managers may not find most exciting in the job,” says Leif Elken and adds:

“I look forward to helping skilled owner-managers and managers in small and medium-sized companies find good solutions to this kind of ‘hassle’, for the benefit of both the employees and the company.”
